Wickerman
One of the inspiring sessions I attended at Devcon this summer recommended this nice pack of icons as good for use with iPad solutions, so I went ahead and purchased them. http://www.streamlineicons.com I'm now realizing that I'm lacking some basic conceptual understanding of how to deploy these PNG icons in a Filemaker solution. If I "Insert Picture" to get the icon onto the layout I see that I'd need to actually store the icon in a folder somewhere accessible to Filemaker, which I'd rather not do. But when I use a copy/paste approach, the icon appears with a square white background -- not the 'transparent' effect I need. Is there a third option, or a way to get the PNG (or other format?) onto the layout without a need for reference files? Thanks for any pointers . . . bruceR
You insert picture without reference files by inserting the picture without reference.
