Adding a new database to a runtime solution

I got to add a new database to a runtime solution. How do I proceed without having to create a new runtime solution?

Run the file through Developer using the same primary file, extension, binding key and solution name.

Once the "solution is created, simply add the file to your original solution - it will work just dandy.
