I have a Billing and Deposit Portal on a layout. My Portal is sorted and filtered as well with respect to Gradelevl and Term

I have made several payments and deposits, for example, I have made payments for :school fees,Tuition,Medical,Boarden, for several Gradelevels and Terms...

On my Report, I can only see School fees payment ..

But my TotalAmount summary subsummary field gives total values of payment made whereas they ain't visible on the report layout..

I do not know how well to explain my situation, so am uploading my file for easier understanding for who wants to assist me.

 

Target area is the Reports, especially the Payment Layouts for Billing and Deposits... A lot of Payments have been made (Billings and Deposits) but They do not show up on the report.
