LS,

 

I have created a typical print script with pagesetup and then print. When I call it the print is sent to the printer.

However, the printer asks for confirmation for use of the media type ( I am printing to A4 ). The layout was defined as A4.

 

Even printing manually ( choosing file > print ) the printer gives me the dialog. 

 

Doing the same thing from Word. No problem what so ever.

 

 

Any info would be appreciated !

I hope I’m not oversimplifying this, but in the Print [] script step, have you checked the boxes that say “Specify print options” and “Perform without dialog”?
