I was wondering if someone can shed some light on the SnapShotLink script step.  I was able to create a SnapShotLink to the Temporary Path and send it in an email.  All fine and good.

 

Now the problem.  When I open up the SnapShot file it opens up to a very small window which just happens to be the same size as the floating menu pallette I created when a user first logs into the database.  

 

Question : Is there any way to preserve the original window size of the SnapShotLink when it was created?

Not as such....

 

However, I now assume that you are running this file on a server....

 

Close it on the server and open it in a local client.

Set the window size to what ever you want to be "default".

Make sure your closing script does not resize the window.

Close the file and host it.

 

Now, when you open the snapshot link file, it will open a window in the "default" size.
