I have a solution hosted on FMS. Latest version. I access the files from a Mac desktop running Lion and a laptop running Yosemite. Using the desktop I've gotten into the habit of using the Data Viewer as a place to experiment and learn, mostly about Execute SQL. Accessed from the desktop machine, these calculations are always available when selecting the Watch tab. On the laptop (Yosemite) machine, around half the calculations are missing. Same server, same file.

     Suggestions?

Turns out the data viewer contents are saved to the preference file on the client machine and not in the file itself.

I was just about to ask how come the other half is there.

I suppose they are calcs that originated on the laptop although I can't recall ever instigating them on that machine. Good question . . .
