Hi forum.  I've never had this pop up when copying a file to my thumb drive for back up.  Is this an indication of possible file corruption?

Any help or thoughts are always appreciated.

Not a corruption indicator.

Looks like you are trying to copy it to a portable drive and the settings on the destination are forcing a change to the properties of the file.. Properties can be seen by right clicking a file and looking at the properties. I would say go ahead and do the copy but compare the original files properties to the new file properties to see what has changed

Thanks Kris.  I did look at that.  This is a file I've been saving to the drive for about a year, and its the first time it popped up.  I"ll recheck.

Edit:  turns out it changed it to 'Archive'....thanks:)
