myFMbutler still around?

Featured Replies

I apologize in advance if this isn't posted in the correct area.

I was just about to purchase myFMbutler's "clip manager," which would be a boon for me, but noticed that it doesn't support FM13 functions, and they say "watch for a new update in early 2014."  This leads me to believe that this product is no longer supported.

Does anyone have any info?

It is still around, and has been updated for v13.

BTW, I have owned and used it in every version and on a daily basis. A must tool for developers.

Great! This is the quote on the page that gives/gave me pause:

" New FileMaker 13 script steps are not supported in the clip view.

Note: We are planning a big update of Clip Manager soon. We expect a preview version in early 2014. Stay tuned!"

I agree that the information is a little hard to follow. However, there was an upgrade released in August 2014. You should address any other concerns about Clip Manager to myFMbutler’s site. I have found there support excellent in the past.

No worries. We are still alive and working hard on Clip Manager 5. Version 4.2 is compatible with FileMaker 13.

Please send us a mail if you want to receive a pre-release version.

Best regards,

Koen
