All I want to do is format my number field as a price with dollar sign and two decimal points but I cannot find the listing in the drop down. Does it not exist in FM13? Any help appreciated. Ocean West Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 however this only works on an actual FIELD if you wanted to say format a block of text on a layout with merged variables and have multiple numbers not just currency - you may need to use a custom function and create a field to make text format as currency. As the formatting for text object will apply that format to the entire block - as long as you only had one currency and no other numbers in that text block you could get away with it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
