Hi there,

I have a situation where I want to run a script once a day eg. 1 am

I currently don't have FM server so I'm trying to see if there's anyway to do this with FM Pro.

As we're on a windows server - Initially I was thinking of simply creating a scheduled event that would open the file, then setup script triggers to run the script.

The problem is that FM asks for login details each time and since it's unattended there's no-one to put the details in.

Wondering if anyone has done anything like this before using FM Pro and what method they used.

Aside from getting FMS?   :laugh2:

If the task is not too heavy you could run it when the first user logs in.

Hey Wim,

Thanks for your feedback.

The function of this database is purely to pull data from one system and export it to another - it's essentially a connector - so unfortunately there are no users opening it.

At least you've confirmed that we would need FM server to achieve this.
