discrepancy in OPen URL function with Firefox versus Web Viewer

Featured Replies

I need help here

When i use the open url function

I get "https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=%28850%29%20484-8802"

Which converts in google to the page I want

But when I try to use the same script to open in the webviewer

I get a different page.

I have included both images

How can I correct this?

I need the same exact page to come up in the webviewer.

Thank you

This part makes no sense. The Open URL[] script step opens a URL in the user's default web browser - not in a web viewer. So you cannot be using "the same script to open in the webviewer".

And you're also not telling us where the URL is coming from - is it stored in a field? If yes, post the exact contents of the field (as code, so that it doesn't appear as a link in your post).

I have shut off my computer and now it seems to be working properly. I appreciate the concern, I just found this to be working. I didn't know where to start but finally I restarted everything and it worked. Which I think offers some instructional value here..
