best way to put "-" between varying number of words in calc.

I have a field called list in which I have varying number of words.

For finding specific websites I need to but a hypen between each of the words in the field with a calc.

 

Ex.

 

"Blue carpets are hard to clean"

 

Calculation to make this like below

 

"Blue-carpets-are-hard-to-clean"
