Oracle to FM Server Sync - Auto Sync Enable?

Featured Replies

Is there some special procedure or step requred to commit and enable the Auto Sync in a Oracle to FM server configuration? I have the MS client open on the server, have selected Auto Sync, 60 seconds, hit Sync Now. Ran a sync in 60 seconds then no sign (from the client anyways) that the sync ever too place again.

Do I have to exit the client to commit this change?

I just tested this out, Scott, and after clicking the 'Enabled' check box in the Auto Sync portion of the config client, the sync automatically started after the given time. That is, if you enable auto sync with a 60 second interval, the sync should happen every 60 seconds from the moment you click 'Enabled'. If that doesn't match up with your experience, submit a bug report to us and I'll check out your logs.
