Easy Sync Fields - Do Not Replace Existing Value Of Field? Which ones?

I'm trying to find the exact settings for these in both the mobile and hosted files. The demo files seem to be slightly inconsistent. Also, As far as I can tell from the documentation, ONLY UTC_time should be Replace and all other fields(below) should be checked

Can someone definitively tell me which, Replace or Do Not Replace Existing Value for each of the fields below.
