This is an error I receive when trying to paste in my logo for my company.

Error - 2804 occured during initialization of 'Claris XTND System.

The field is a container. I do not understand why I got that message. I am using Mac OS 9.2.2 with FileMaker 5.5v2.

Is it possible to put your logo into something like Photoshop or MS Paint and save it as a JPEG? Make a container field and Insert/Picture. Does that give you the same error message?

I've never experienced this, but I believe the XTEND error has something to do with graphics converters not being properly installed. You might try a search in the TechInfo library to see if that helps; also update FMP to the latest patch if necessary. If you are feeling brave, re-install the program and update it to the latest patch if necessary. Backup all files as necessary before doing anything drastic!
