April 8, 201510 yr Hi, I am using the Supercontainer plugin vs 2.896 to upload pictures to SuperContainer and that script has stopped working and I get error messages like: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class java.net.SocksSocketImpl 2015TIFF/88988 /E:/InfomaticsIII/TCM[untitled]_2015033009341800_001.tif I understand that the Windows server 2011 machine is updated to Java 8 update 40, has that something to do with this? Best regards, Ruben
April 8, 201510 yr Hi Ruben, Did the script stop working after the Java update? Our plugins do require that a 32-bit version of Java be installed. Make sure you have one installed. On another note, 2.896 is a pretty old version of the plugin (released in January 2013). We are currently on 2.899 which is on a new framework and contains several updates and bug fixes. I see from your profile that you are using FM10. While we do not officially support our plugins with FM10 or below, the new version *should* work fine with 10. If you decide to update, do not delete the 2.896 version . Simply remove it from the folder and replace it with 2.899 . That way if anything goes wrong or does not work you can put the older version back. I suspect the issue is with the java update so be sure to check that first before you update the plugin.
