Can I use FM to give access, through the web, to individuals that need to make image and literature requests from our archives. And not only have them submitted to us, but also submitted back to our client?

Is there any specific questions that have to be asked of ISP's as to whether they can host FM forms on our web site?

If you have an FM database it can be accessed via the web.

In order to access FMPro via the web your server must have a static address. You also may want to look into those who provide servers for FMPro solutions as a business service. A lot will depend on your budget.
