Hello there - Somebody please help me.....

 

I have a user who is experiencing problems with data entry on the database - when she re-opens the  database, the information she has entered is missing.

Anybody experienced this problem before? Please share ideal solution if any  -  Welcome any further question there may be.

Where is the hosted file? Hopefully on a FMS and not on a shared drive? Other issue may be user is in Find Mode rather than Browse Mode?

The Files are on the server, and no the mode is not Find - Also it is happening not only in one file but on other files as well  that this one user has access to- and only this one user is experiencing this problem.
