Hi:

Every time I open FMP14, I see this window (attached).

Is there any way to set this as the default so that one doesn't have to navigate this window each time you open a file?

Thank you!

No, it happens every time you open a file. And yes, you can set this as the default (for that file) by choosing File Options… from the File menu, selecting the Text tab and making your choice.

Thanks for info. I'm learning that files have specific options/"preferences", rather than setting preferences for the application.

However, likely due to my ignorance, but when I go to File > File Options I see the attached windiow. Where do I go to set the date and time formats to "System's settings" by default?

Much appreciated.

You're in the right spot. But keep going. You could try looking at the other file options. Such as Text.

Not rather than, but in addition to.
