john9210 Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I normally use FM 12 Adv. I downloaded and tried FM 14 trial version to give it a try. I then uninstalled it but the files with the fmp12 extension have lost their program association with filemaker. They no longer show the FM logo. Filemaker does not show up in the Windows control panel that sets the default program. However, double clicking any fmp12 file starts FM 12 Adv as it should. A typical file is shown below. How can I restore the file associations?
webko Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 You can try reassociating the icon to the application: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000572.htm
