It's been long while since I have did any meaningfull charting just doing a small project that requires a basic chart

We have freezer that once a week staff logs the temperature of the freezers. Trying to come up with chart that can map this out effectively:

Here are the basic data points

Freezer # | Date | Celsius | Week | Staff
21 | 3/20/16 | -25 | 2016-12 | SD

Haven't done too much yet but the few attempts I did going thru the relationship to chart just one freezers log the dates converted to numbers
tried plotting the temperature over time and all the labels were just a big mess

It's not clear what you want to accomplish here: a chart for each freezer, or one chart where each freezer would be a data series, or ...?
