Restore previous find - script step

I am working in a customer's record and I get a phone call from a different customer.  I find the second customer's record, answer his question, and resume my work.  It would be so nice to have some kind of a back button that would restore the previous find.  This would be very useful.  It could be a script step called "restore previous find".  I am surprised that Filemaker has not built this into the program.  Or, am I missing something simple here?  I cannot find anything like it.  Thanks!

Have you tried using a New Window?

I'd just Open a New Window as well. You might also want to look into Saved Finds - http://www.filemaker.com/help/12/fmp/html/find_sort.5.20.html
