How can I update my data by SQL on FM7

Hi all,

I am currently use FM7 and I would like to update my data by SQL (more than 10000 records) but it seems that ODBC is not available with FM7 and it not exist SQL-pluggin for it.

Last think, Iam a newbe on FM.
