I have a portal showing items, i want to have a column that displays serial number for each item, serial number has to start from 1,2,3,etc. i want the serial number to adjust accordingly when the user deletes any item, i.e. if user deletes item no. 3 i want all the items to shift up and fill the space left by number 3. How do i achieve this.? Am using filemaker pro 13.

Hi, My layout has 2(two) sub-summary when sorted by, each part shows a list of products based on product category, how can i conditionally change summary heading color when each individual summary has less than two records ? Pls see picture in attachment for a clarity.

i have a filemaker file hosted on filemaker server, is it possible to work on that file while am offline..? i want to be able to edit that solution from offline.

​Yap, i have the FMI folder but it doesn't contain a "Runtime Resources" folder in it... i only has an images folder. What else can i do..?reinstall maybe..?

Hi, Am running filemaker Pro 13 Advanced, i used the developer utility dialog to create a runtime solution, after following all the necessary procedures, i click the create button but it gives the message "unable to find the runtime resources needed to create a runtime. please reinstall". Any possible solution would be appreciated. Thanks.

I find myself resizing objects in Layout mode like every time, i can use left clicking to resize objects but i want to do it through the keyboard pixel by pixel, is there a shortcut already defined in filemaker special for that purpose OR any other possible solution to my Problem.

Hi, i have a proforma Table containing all information of my proforma data, I've created an invoices table and i want it to be populated dynamically with data from the Proforma table, OR else I want to be able to access all records of the Proforma Table without providing a match field for every individual Record in the proforma table.
