I made a database for church, they have used it about 2 years without any problem. Then the problem started last week. When they print some report, the computer turn off. I try to print from other computers, the same problems occur. They have on server with fms 7 and 3 coputers installed fmp 7. The printer(hp 1300) is connected with one computer and shared. I did recover the file procedure and I do what I can. What cause the printing problem? Please, let me know.

I have two files, customer and photo. Customer file contains only data and Photo file has photo container. I make a relationship between two files by customer name. If photo container is inside of customer file, it is o.k to view customer picture, but photo container field is another file, I can not see photo from IWP. Is there any way to see picture of customer when there are two files, customer and photo?

I made a file called offering for my church. It contains 10 text fields, 8 number fields, 40 calculation fields, and so... This file has 540,000 records and its file size is 400mb. I made empty clone of offering and delete 20 calculation field and import record from original file, offering. Then its file size become 950mb. I do not know why this happen? I thought file size become less than 400mb. Is any way I can reduce the size of file after importing record?

I share my files with co-worker. Whenever my coworker close the files, then it asks for closing, and the file I have worked on, is closed. Is there anyway to prevent asking and closing the file I work on it?
