Hi James. No, the button is stand alone - no other objects over or underneath. Same behavior exhibited inside and outside a portal.

Did you find a solution? I'm having the same problem (viewing images used for popover buttons in Web Direct). I'm also having trouble finding any discussion of this problem.

Thanks for your comments milanm. I spent a lot of time working with the the 360Works plug-in last week and I think I'm getting the most out of it. I was just hoping someone would tell me I missed something. This plugin goes a long way toward taking care of FMP's shortcomings, but not quite all the way. Thanks again....

is it possible to combine EmailSetBody (GetAsCss) with inserting inline attachments via EmailSetBody ( content ; html) ? I am trying out Email2 with FMPAdv 13 on a PC. I have been able to use EmailSetBody (GetAsCss) successfully to take a formatted text field and use it as the body of an html email message. Font-family, size, text color, text style come accross perfectly. Even highlighting comes through. I have been able to use EmailSetBody to create an html message with inline graphics, but I have to hard code the html code for the message. I've been able to do this with fixed text and with variable elements inserted. The result looks great. What I have not been able to figure out is how to combine those functions. I want to have a banner image at the top of the message body, followed by the text contained in a FileMaker field, with html formatting. Is it possible?

Did you find a solution? I'm experiencing the same problem. Mac Server, Windows XP client, with or without VPN connection, ip address in favorite hosts; via open-remote, I can see the server, I can see the hosted db's, but when I try to open a hosted file, I get the coffee cup icon for a minute then back to empty fmp client window. Would love to hear how to avoid/repair. Thanks.

We have had great success setting up a dedicated PC to run our scheduled scripts which download/import data in csv format from the web and upload data in tab format for online reporting. We deploy more than a dozen different processes automatically from this machine. Write your main process(es) in the db's where they need to be. Then install FMP client on the pc you've chosen to be the "slave" and build a simple script which calls your export script on a schedule. We run ours through an endless loop with a pause of 20 minutes. Works like a charm.

I just had a simlar thing happen. Out of the blue yesterday, the password I have been using does not work. I though I was going crazy. Do I understand you to say the only thing that works is a re-install? Does that imply I have to uninstall first? Or just install over the existing application?
