  1. Actually, the tech specs say that sp3 is "recommended" and the installation guide says sp2 is "minimum requirements".
  2. It seems to me like your using the same occurence of your "course" table in both portals. You should probably have one occurence of the table that's linked to the "problem" table and one that's linked to the "tutoring" table (see attached picture) and use the "name" field from those occurences accordingly in your portals. Hope it helps!
  3. Thanks! However this still leaves the theme selection drop down list (along with anything else I'd put there from the USER table) flickering... Definately an improvement though :
  4. I'am trying to create a solution where users can choose their prefered theme. It works fine, but under Windows XP, whenever I click a line in a list view (which have a button in the background)all images from the theme file disappear for as long as I hold the mouse button. I attached the files so you can see for yourselves (they are not from my original solution by the way, but a reproduction of what I'am doing). Is there a workaround for that or am I stuck with it? Thanks in advance! Themes.zip
  5. The one thing that bugs me the most so far is that for every calculation that I want to display, I need a field in a table (which is either a calculation or a dummy field fed by script). This is very much against normalization and makes my tables much bigger than they should be : I would like to be able to punch in the result of a simple calculation in a label or some sort of special text box.
  6. I don't know if I'm the only one with these problems, but I have a hard time with object names display. The names stick, as my scripts that use them work properly, but I can't see the name in the object info box. Also I have problems importing images in global container fields when accessing the db on a windows 2003 server via "open remote". The image will display for a while, but eventually gets dumped. The only way around is to import the image using the server itself (running fmp9 on the server and opening the file locally).
