Newbies Robin81998199 Posted August 16, 2001 Newbies Posted August 16, 2001 I am setting up a new firewall, and need users to bne able to access a filemaker pro database from outside the firewall. What port should I open to allow users to use my database? Also, should I set it as TCP or UDP? I would guess TCP, but help!!
DykstrL Posted August 16, 2001 Posted August 16, 2001 make sure that IP ports 5003/tcp and 5003/udp, 2399/tcp and 2399/udp are open, both incoming and outgoing. These are the ports that FileMaker uses.
