Excellent initiative. Let's get agile. 

I have trouble to get the plugin downloaded on windows. On mac it works fine.

  This error message is referencing the support files that get downloaded upon the first initialization of the plugin. It looks like for whatever reason this download is failing. You can manually download and install these files by following the instructions here.
