Non-existing support?

I've been having trouble setting up Zulu on a server for one of my customers and did send a ticket (email) to their support. I got the initial respons quite fast but as I'm not in the same time zone I wasn't able to screen share at the time and asked them if they had anything I could try on my own.

After that initial respons it's dead quiet from them, they don't answer any of my mail and it has been three weeks now :(

What the heck is happening, anyone else have trouble getting in touch with their support?

Call their phone number: (855) SEEDCODE. They are just like any other shop, sometimes busy and sometimes emails get lost in the vortex.

Well, living in Sweden I really want to try to solve this the non expensive way ;) One of my mails should have reached them and sometimes busy should not last for three weeks imo, just respond that they are busy then, but being completely silent for three weeks is not really good customer service

Agreed. But you can use Skype or a lot of other services to make a VOIP call. You need to get their attention.

Hey David,

Please e-mail me at [email protected] and we'll get your issue taken care of. We're also open right now (10a-6p Eastern Time are our hours) so if you're able to call, please do. We can be reached at 770.234.9293, or if you'd rather Skype I'll provide that information via e-mail.

Good Afternoon,

Zulu is not longer supported by SeedCode. You can reach out to us at 770-234-9293.

That just dawned on me as I saw the response. 360works has great support!
