March 30, 20196 yr I see many posts that go for days without anyone from 360 Works responding to them. Why waste your customer's time if you are going to ignore our questions?
March 30, 20196 yr I see them answers posts regularly. Is your matter urgent? Call them. They are very responsive and some of the best customer support in the community. This support forum is just one avenue of support.
March 30, 20196 yr Author Yes, my matter is urgent and I am using what they describe as the "Official 360 Works Product Support Forum" to seek an answer. As you can see the forum is full of many unanswered questions. If they are not going to respond to their paying customer's questions they should just shut this thing down and stop wasting their customer's time. 50% of the posts on the first page of this support section (10 of 20) have zero responses. March 31, 20196 yr You are looking at the wrong metric. You are missing data. You don’t know how many of these items were resolved off-forum. FMForums provides the space for them, and while it is “official”, that in no way says it is the primary or expedited course. Call them or send an email to their support address.

We typically answer emails the same day but sometimes can take up to 48 hours if we are experiencing a heavy flow of support. In the future, if your posts here go unanswered or you cannot wait, please use the avenues stated here.
