I need to count the 2 identical record as one. 

 

you won't get there with a summary field then, you'll probably need s looping script to be intelligent about the counting.

More details would be useful. Perhaps you can use a summary field defined as List of [some field], then count the distinct values in this field.

Problem solved. What i did was create a duplicate table and relate them.
