Yes, but why not 19?

I have a widely distributed solution that uses the runtime option in earlier versions of filemaker. I don't believe runtimes are an option in 19.

Yes you can open 15 in 18.

However you may wish to review all your themes and fonts.

You are correct runtimes have been removed from 19.
