auto open database

Night,

I am trying to configure a database to auto-open but running into some issues. I created an account with view-only access, but then I try configuring the autologin it's telling me the server does not allow auto login for hosted databases. But i cant find the option on the server to allow autologin I am using FM server 17.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
