Featured Replies

The Attached error message suddenly Started Occurring on a clients install of FM Books Connector, has been stable for over a year. Any suggestions on what to do. Have had them Quit both FM and QB, and Restart the VM it is running on.

Hi Newbies,

The FM Books Connector plug-in will also need the QuickBooks Bridge installed. You can find the QuickBooks Bridge zip in the "FM Books Connectors Extras" folder downloaded from our product page. Once they have the plug-in installed, you should be able to authenticate the plug-in to QuickBooks.

Thank you!

Make sure their FMBooksConnector license is current and still valid on the machine they're using to post. The "CODE: -1000" is a generic error, and if there are literally no other changes to the context ( same user logged into the same computer using the same versions of FMP and QB ) it might be something other than the FM-QB Bridge Processor.

HTH!

Thanks all of the Feedback.  Reinstall Bridge solved it.  Not sure what caused Bridge to Die after more than a year of running with no problem, but I'm Back up thanks to the input from everyone here!
