Is there a way to place vertical text (the same text) at the side of every printed page.

I don't think so. Are you actually printing? Or producing a PDF? If the latter, it should be possible to add the stamp in post-process.

 

I am producing a PDF.

I've been thinking about some kind of watermark, but I need the text live (not static/hard coded).
