milky Posted July 20 Posted July 20 Hi All, Is it possible to create a conditional format condition based on the portal row number? In essence I would like to use the strikeout format for any portal row that is over 100. Thanks in advance. Milky.

You need to define an unstored calculation field (result is Number) in the chid table = Get ( RecordNumber ) Then use this field in the conditional formatting's formula. 1 hour ago, milky said: any portal row that is over 100. More than 100 rows in a portal?? Is that manageable by the users?

Albert Harum Alvares would say ...where is the "head" or "face" of the displayed. I would say that compared to spreadsheets has Filemaker an upper hand away from purely eyeballing certain patterns of significance... --sd
milky Posted July 22 Author Posted July 22 Thanks Comment, Exactly what I needed. It is used for a static display so users can see where they sit on the leaderboard, so they don't actually use the portal itself. (see below) Regards Milky
