April 1Apr 1 I have a proposal database that emails a pdf for the customer for review. My customer would now like to have the customer sign the proposal and email back to them. I'm looking for the easiest solution. There is fmesignature link, the company is out of Australia. I emailed them with inquiries but have not heard back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to purchase the fmesignature for docusign but I'm concerned that they have not responded to any of my inquiries,. It says you can request a 14 day trial which I've done with no response. Also I notice that it hasn't; been updated since 2/2023. Are you still using fmesignature? I'm apprehensive since it's 795 and I don't want to let this customer down. Maybe I'm over stressing! LolThank you!
April 2Apr 2 I know they are in Australia, this tool helps you quickly work with the underlying API with DS. In my experience we have been running it for the past 2 years. As we had to abandon legacy API calls. We currently now are transitioning to using new features in DS such as requiring a passport or drivers license photo and liveness photo. And also moving our document templates from with in FM to DS and just sending a payload for the document customizations. We decided to work directly with the APIs to accomplish this, some of the existing code has been retained and modified to suit our needs.@Josh Ormond has also worked with another Document Signing service he might give you some ideas I think it might be a little cheaper then DocuSign.
