From the Product Code field, I created a pop-up list to show the product codes located in Inventory and its description. When I select the pop-up list, I see partially the list of product codes. Many product codes don't show up within the list. What's going on? Where are they? Why?? Any idea Bikeman17
Garry Claridge Posted October 16, 2002 Posted October 16, 2002 Looks like you have created the ValueList based on a Relationship. Try it directly from another file when you set-up the ValueList. Good Luck. Garry

Even though they have a different product code, they won't show up in the pop-up list unless they have a different name. e.g. Product code= 100, description= 8x8 calendar Product code= 105, description= 8x8 calendar The second one won't show up unless it has a different description. kennedy Posted October 16, 2002 Posted October 16, 2002 What good would it be to have two "8x8 calendar" entries show up? Your user would just have to guess which one to select. Either use the unique product codes; or a concatenation of the unique code with the description.
