I have created a database that is using a custom font. How can I use the developer to incorporate that font? One solution will be to add that font to the font menu of every computer. That will be too much work and users may not be able to do that.

I don't think developer can do that. On the Win platform, that is usually the job of the installer software. If your using Windows, WinBatch can easily do that, and I would imagine Applescript (not a MAC person) could do the same thing. If you have a lot of machines to deal with, maybe a cheapo installer might be ur best bet.

Be careful on the copyright of that font

Anatoli is certainly right. Microsoft has a site that lists fonts in the public domain.
