Is there a way, via the web and IWP, that when a user clicks on submit after adding a new recored, that I can have it automatically email specific users that new records have been created? ibiubu Posted December 10, 2002 Share Posted December 10, 2002 There is one way to accomplish this in intant web publishing. I have not done this myself, but have a friend that got it to work. He used the filemaker plugin called Events. As I recalled he set it up to either trigger a script when a particular field had changed, or it ran the script at certain times of the day. The script could be something like do a find for records modified today, then generate some sort of email.
