I am interested in getting a book on scripting for Filemaker and indeed also a book on Applescript ( i am a beginner ) any ideas anyone??

Scriptology, by Petrowsky and Osborne is probably the best book devoted to scripting. Altho its dated, it is still an excellent book. They also have a CD loaded with examples. Goto www.scriptology.com
