Did you see that 17" Powerbook?

That's a "must have" if I've ever seen one!

I am kinda keen to see more of the Keynote software. See if it is a Powerpoint killer, or Powerpoint whannabe.

And you got to love the big and small ad for the powerbooks.

From what I read, its a powerpoint killer. I uses Quartz and offers some crazy animation abilities. That said, it seems like more of a commercial app than consumer. Apple's new internet browser seems to be a little more useful, what with IE Mac having some random Java problems.

I just watched the keynote (the keynote about Keynote, with slides about slides), and it really does look like a PowerPoint killer. While powerful, it looks very simple (can't be any more complicated than PowerPoint).

Whether it catches on with consumers depends a lot on whether they bundle it with future iMacs/iBooks, which I suspect they will.

I have a funny fealing it won't be too long before Apple comes out with a full MS Office replacement. This could be just the first corner.
