What are you referring to by "views" and "possibilities"? Layouts?

Layouts.

Well,

You could write some scripts to change the layouts and leave the show in scripts menu on, then you can use CMD & 1-0 for those scripts (upto 10 scripts only)

Akternatively, you can use a plugin Dacons MenuControl. This allows you to firstly create your own menus, but in doing so you can assign keyboard shortcuts to these (like maybe the function keys).
