Displaying a message on screen

Featured Replies

Hi Geeks

I have a script that checks ID Cards when members check in. They swipe their id card and the script searches for their record. I want to display a message on screen for 3 seconds but I don't want the member hits Enter or Return on the keyboard to clear the message. I know about the "Pause/Resume Script. Is there a way to display a message without having to click OK or Return on the keyboard?

Look at the Troi Dialog plugin. One of its many features is a Flash Dialog that you decide how long it reamins on the screen (in seconds), after which it is gone. www.troi.com

Here is a fixed solution. Workaround though. Steve is right about Troi Plug-ins.
