Possible to format text with a button?

Featured Replies

I'd like to have a button that would select a specific text field, then select and set all contents of that field to a specified font and size.

How might this be done?

Thanks,

kent m

Wouldn't we all!

This is not possible in native FileMaker. You either have to use a plugin or one of the workarounds available.

Ken,

This is another workaround.

Please post once and in the appropriate forum.

No script in that one, but surely a workaround....

change format.zip

You can unformat text by using the replacing command and specifying a the same field in the calculation.
