Anatoli Posted June 5, 2003 Posted June 5, 2003 #1: Print the script to Generic TXT printer and save as file. #2: Did you put "perform find" in script? HTH
Lee Smith Posted June 5, 2003 Posted June 5, 2003 Hi Jonathan and Anatoli, I'm not sure what a Generic TXT printer is, but on a Mac there is a printer driver called Print2Pict that you can download at: http://www.fmfiles.com/dev12.html that is an absolute must have when developing in FileMaker. HTH Lee
jtwilber Posted June 5, 2003 Author Posted June 5, 2003 Ok.. I've set up generic printer but when I open the file I only get the first 3 lines of a 12 line script? any thoughts
digitalchaos Posted June 6, 2003 Posted June 6, 2003 Running OS X this may not apply to you in general What i do is print my scripts to pdf and then and then select the text with the text selection tool in acrobat reader and do a copy and paste but if what you really mean is how do you get a script from one database to another then you just import them in scriptmaker Hope this is of some help
Leb i Sol Posted July 15, 2003 Posted July 15, 2003 same as digitalchaos....print to file on Windows does not work (FMpro6) but printing to PDF worked.... all the best!
