Drag and drop

On the Filemaker web site. There is a page stating you can drag and drop excel spreadsheets into a Filemaker database. Are they referring to import or is it actually a drag and drop?

If it is the same as previous versions of FileMaker (I have 5.5, but not 6), they are referring to the import. You could try to drag a spreadsheet into table view, but I don't know if it will work.

You can drag a Excel file onto the FileMaker app to create a basic new database with the same columns and data.

Yes! It's pretty cool.

It's an import, but it's more like a drag-and-drop import/file creation. It creates the fields (if you want) and everything.
