Here's the deal:

Hosting FMU 6 files on a OSX Server

Using IWP and ScripMaker scripts

Using Internet Explorer to view

On my home computer using IE, when I click a button that returns the search results (submit -find requests), it opens a new browser window with my results.

This is the only PC that I have noticed this problem. On my PCs at work (Dells) with IE 6.0.2800.1106 (same version that I have at home) it doesn't do this.

I looked around the IE settings and didn't see anything that might fix it. Do any of you guys know?

Thanks

Ken

Hi, Ken! In Mac OS X IE, there's a setting that might be the culprit...

INTERFACE EXTRAS

When another app asks IE to go to a page

( ) Open a new browser window

( ) Use the front browser window

Maybe there's an equivalent setting in Windows IE? That's my guess, anyway.

Thanks for the reply

I looked up and down all the security/browser options in IE. But I have been know to miss things. As long as none of our clients use MY home computer, hopefully I'll be alright ooo.gif
