Windows XP, FM 5.5

Does the txt file have the quotes? Do you import as tab delimited?

I've never saw that on NT and W2000.

The .txt file does have quotes. The file is being generated by a form on my website. The form's properties e-mail me the results and writes them to a text database file, using tab as the separator. The site/form was created using MS FrontPage.

Hi:

I would probably suggest that you go through and substitute out the quotes after import

Why was this post allow to be, for all intent and purposes, deleted? I thought that once there were responses to a question, you lost the ability to edit it. If we are going to allow posters to come back and delete their posts, haven't taken away the learning process for others?

Was there a resolution to the problem (other than the obvious one to do a Replace of the ""? If so, what was it?
